- ACH Payments - ACH orders will be charged prior to going into production.
- Net 30 Days upon approved credit application
1-1/2% per month service charge, or 18% annum on all overdue balances. An account not current will revert to C.O.D. - Credit Card - A 3.85% convenience fee will be applied & charged at the time of invoice.

PRICES: All prices are F.C.A. Cokato, Minnesota 55321 unless otherwise noted. Customers are subject to all taxes that apply. Prices do not include taxes. All prices, terms, specifications and policies are subject to change without notice.
RETURNS: The Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) form must be obtained from Finnleo/Sauna 360 before any material may be returned. Date of original purchase and invoice number, as well as exact reason for returning, must be included in the request. All returned material is to be sent Freight Prepaid and is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Only merchandise of current standard design will be considered for return and must be accompanied by an approved RGA.
DAMAGE/SHORTAGE CLAIMS: A Freight Damage form must be submitted for goods damaged or lost in transit. Please inspect your goods while unloading the shipment, and accept the shipment (this allows Sauna360 to assist you in processing a request for replacement items). When signing the bill of lading, indicate any possible damage. Please reference the Freight Policy for additional instruction.
WARRANTY: All warranties are limited in nature. In general, these are restricted to replacement of any defective item or repair at the "Sauna360 Factory Service Center". Please advise us immediately, in writing, of any warranty claims. Those items sold by Sauna360 Inc, but manufactured by others, are subject to their respective manufacturer's warranty and policy. In no event shall Sauna360 Inc be responsible for resulting or consequential damages or costs.
PRODUCT LIABILITY: The buyer acknowledges that the goods sold to them by Finnleo/Sauna 360 can cause property damage and personal injury if not properly sized, handled, or installed. The buyer further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sauna360 from any or all claims for damage, loss, and/or liability arising out of improper handling, sizing, and/or installation of goods.
Due to the constantly fluctuating lumber market, sauna room prices are subject to change without notice. Price quotes documented by Sauna360 Inc's corporate office will be honored for 30 days.
