Voluntary Product Recall on Infrared Saunas, Hybrid Infrared Saunas and Infrared Kits

In collaboration with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, Sauna360 is conducting a voluntary product recall on Infrared Sauna, Hybrid Infrared Saunas and Infrared kits due to a potential fire hazard. Consumers should stop using the infrared and hybrid saunas immediately and contact Sauna360 to schedule a free in-home repair from a professional installer.  

What You Should Do Now

  1. Identify if Your Sauna is Impacted: If you are unsure if your sauna is impacted, please click here.

  2. Stop Using Your Sauna: If you haven't already, stop using your infrared or hybrid sauna.

  3. Contact Sauna360 to Schedule Your Free Repair:  A free in-home repair from a professional installer will be provided. Please call, email us, or fill out the online form to register for this recall.
